My colleague "BOTAK" - Part 1 - "Disorder"

Thinking what I mean for "DISORDER", here, let me tell a true event and it's not really a event but some stupic idiot telling another stupic idiot sort of thing happen in where I work, and it become "DISORDER" in my term of explaining.

Here is what happen, our work here is some peoples say "Easy" la, you know the CBL type of job, bare this in mind : IT'S NOT OK, and stress is more a case but fun if you know how to handle the so called HR & PR, then where the stress come from, shiok right, you said it's easy job and there is stress, how can that be, right, and in the situation we are monitoring others and other is monitoring us also.

Our stress is how to "disappear" from the monitoring view but most of the time is we shown ourself to them cause we know the "lobang" and "kan dao" of disappering art from the view.

My work is a team of 4 staffs inclusive me la of course, I'm the head of this team and I station at only 1 place through out the whole, but I don't do that as it will be very very boring and sleepy as I'm in the night shift, we here have a BOTAK and he is pain in the ass to every one in my team, a problematic person and jia luck type, si bei jia luc type to be exact, as station 2 la hor.. And if either 1 of them on off day, we have to get a replacement as relief, that's the procedure and requirement by the management of our customer.

Now, there is 1 day, Pakcik on off day, so his replacement reported and we do know him as well, so he will be Commandor, another pain in the ass and jia luck type, this replacement talk alot non-stop, topic of discussion with him is he always condenm the garmen, don't blame him, he is infact "zhao swah"-"short circuit" and claimed he's a commandor during service, well how true is it, I don't know. At time when I go check on him, he will just simply stand up and start singing "Majular Singapure" and start to pleadge "we the citizen of Singapore, so on so on. Well this is 1 "Disorder".

Here go when Commandor reported to work, this BOTAK that day also become zhao swah, as matter of fact botak is not 1 of that kind, he always like to condenm peoples, no 1 can ready be his liking whether you smile to him and hello, he still condenm you, anyway if you do or not, he never satisfy, even you don't do anything, also kena, he is the "Mr Perfect" he so claimed himself is, but infact all the wrong attitute, bad discipline, anything you name it, he is or maybe got part of it la, always complaining, be it good or bad la.

Here is how the "DISORDER" happened, one fine day while on duty, Commandor after rest time I had to assign him job, I try many time calling through mobile and walkie, unable to get him, Botak start to frustrate, and start calling also and went to the rest room to get him, managed to get him, grumble and scold him untill my station office, all the %^#&@* kind of language, Commandor keep telling batt low la, no line la kind of excuse, I also headache, quickly send commondor away, botak keep complaining even commandor walk off, untill I stop him and ask him where his assignment, why is he here? you think he stop, hell NO MAN, end up I got to walk away and leave him there then he relised he's out of position. He is the type always complain of every damn things if not on the phone untill batt flat (make a guess what races so cheong hei and talk non stop), and all the things he's doing is right and damn everyone and everythings is wrong to him from others, and yet he's doing the wrong thing we are doing everyday, why no complain leh.

Commandor was assigned and he doze off at job (don't complain hor), out of no where botak go checked on him, saw it and start taking photos with his mobile phone set ready to complain to the management, wake him up and start you know fucking and scolding commandor, so commandor just ignore him and can't be bother of him, the best part is this when botak went back to his assignment, he too doze off when I go check on all assignment and when I came to commandor assignment he was alert, he reacted quickly and start talking away, you know la, garmen no good la, blar blar blar away, I ready give up and walk away and he follow behind me, I turn around asked him, where he's going, he said going to toilet, he turn and head to toilet, after awhile he came to station office and start complaining botak take his photos la and scolded him la, then came his version, the same things botak did on him, he did it back on botak, then came botak, both start to argue, the best part is botak excuses saying "you think what, on job you sleep, I will complain to management to take you out from here, huh and same go to commandor version, botak replied saying you think what people work you think not tire is it, fall asleep sure have, why you so many complain and excuses huh, insane man, like that where can end, and you know what next morning botak really complain and show the pictures, same go commandor doing, but because commandor is replacement, so for a period of time commandor did not report here and ha ha ha 5 days ago commandor appear again and my nightmare start again, llucky tonight peaceful, commandor not here today.

Now peoples, where is the head and where is the tail now, I simply stand there doing nothings and watching them argue, what I really really did is TELL THEM TO LOWER THEIR VOLUME, wa ha ha ha, do you think I bother of all this, I got better think to do la, seeing them argue is fun la, what botak do and complain that's wrong la, no good la and he's doing it and when he do it, wrong or bad became right and good, what a stunt man, he never do wrong 1 la, and he claim he know everythings and when everythings appear infront of him, he don't know la and when other do it, he start to claim he know this know that la, cannot remember out of sudden and complain of you cannot do this do that. His best phrase is "You think I like to work in this company, I go other compay I get much better salary than here, the other company always call me to join them as supervisor or executive" how I take this, simple, I will pop this : ya la, you should go join them la, they pay you better then here, why waste time here", you know what, he will replied you saying he don't like the standard and peoples and everythings there la, you know what I asked him of the offer company name, I will never get his answer, cause it never happen at all.

There is more of this kind of "joke" to me everyday la as I call it, he is the topic of my "ba kua" talk cork past time la. Frankly speaking, I don't want him here in my team, but he got the support of supervisor (got benefit la), he is our everyday breakfast, lunch and dinner ingredient la.
